I am committed to providing my clients with the highest possible standards of service.  As part of that commitment I have produced the following Privacy Policy statement to help you better understand privacy issues that arise as a result of the use of my website and services.

The types of information I collect
When you visit my website you do not have to reveal who you are or give any personally identifiable information to me.  You are able to interact with my website in a relatively anonymous way unless you agree to give me the information.
Personally identifiable information includes details such as your name, address, telephone number or email address.
When you visit my website servers will automatically record basic information about your usage, such as the type of internet browser and operating system you use, the date, time and duration of your visit and the pages you viewed.  This information is anonymous and does not identify you as an individual and I will not combine it with information that does identify you as an individual.  This information is collected and analysed to provide me with a better understanding of how you use my website.

How I use or disclose the information I collect
I use personally identifiable information fulfil your request for specific services.  I will not intentionally disclose any personally identifiable information and I do not sell, trade or rent such information to third parties (such as advertisers or telemarketers).
Any personally identifiable information you provide will only be provided to third parties if:

*I am compelled or authorised by law to do so
*I reasonably believe there is a threat to someone’s life or health.

The quality and security of the information I hold
Any information you provide to me is stored electronically and accepted standards of security are in use.  Once your requested service has been fulfilled the information that I am required to retain by law is stored manually and securely, all other information is destroyed.

Your participation on my website
In accessing my website you consent to the collection, use and storage of your information.   I reserve the right to make changes to my Privacy Policy as necessary and the update will be posted to my website.

My website has links to third party websites over which I have no control.  While I am careful as to which links I include I do not take responsibility for their activities.  You need to read the terms and conditions of their website before giving them any information.

My policy on children’s privacy protection
I understand the importance of protecting the privacy of children in all environments.  My website is not intentionally designed for or directed at children.  I only collect information about a child or children from their parent/s when it is relevant to the parents requested service.
